在政治学的视野下,课程评价不仅仅是一个纯粹的技术问题,而是一种政治活动。看似事实判断的课程评价背后实际上隐藏着偏向主流阶层价值导向的秘密。课程评价中隐含着偏向某个特定阶层的价值或意识形态的倾向。这种价值或意识形态的偏向主要渗透在课程评价的主体(谁来评价)、课程评价的标准(评价依据谁的标准)和课程评价的目的(评价为谁服务)三个要素上。

In the perspective of political science, curriculum evaluation is not just a technical question, but a political activity. In fact, there is a value guidance towards the mainstream class behind the appearance of fact judgement. Curriculum evaluation impliesthetendency towards the ideology or the value of a particular class. Thistendency mainly infiltrates into three elements in curriculum evaluation including the subject of curriculum evaluation (who evaluate), the criteria of curriculum evaluation (whose criteria the evaluation according to) and the purpose of curriculum evaluation (whom the evaluation serves).
