《富兰克林自传》讲述了本杰明·富兰克林成长和取得成功的经历，令人深受启发。加之平时通过观察和访谈得知在校大学生存在着诸多困惑，因此对《自传》及相关文献资料进行了仔细研读，从中概括出富兰克林两方面的处世策略，值得大学生学习和借鉴：一方面，出门在外时善于结交朋友，也善待朋友，于是获得朋友的支持而取得成功，书中有许多事例可以佐证；另一方面，当在家赋闲暇时坚持自学，广泛阅读，制订计划，完善个人的道德品质，《自传》中记载了具体的训练方法。研究表明，《自传》有利于大学生克服成长中的烦恼，树立正确的人生观，从而走向成功和成才之道。

Benjamin Franklin’s Autobiography elaborates on how Franklin grew and succeeded gradually, which is inspiring. Plus, leisurely chats with students and observation show that most college students are under bewilderment. Therefore, after researching into the Autobiography and its relevant articles, we may conclude two pieces of Franklin’s life experience which are worthwhile to imitate by college students: On the one hand, he makes friends easily with good intentions towards them, obtaining support from friends in the meantime, many friends’ names are mentioned in the Autobiography as examples. On the other hand, he enriches his knowledge by reading a lot and improves his principles by carrying out his self improvement plans, the detailed processes or methods are described clearly in the Autobiography. As it turns out, the Autobiography helps students to overcome worries, have correct life expectations, and make towards success.
