近年来儿童遭受家庭暴力的案件频频发生，2014年最高人民法院公布10起涉家庭暴力典型案例中，就有2起是明显涉及儿童家庭暴力的案件。由于主体的特定性和行为高度的隐密性，儿童家庭暴力并未引起人们更多的关注和反思。本文从儿童家庭暴力的特殊性出发，深入探讨儿童家庭暴力的成因，并为今后预防和制止儿童家庭暴力提出建议。

More and more children are suffering from domestic violence in recent years. In 2014 the supreme people's court released ten typical cases of domestic violence; two of those were obvious cases of family violence against children. Because of the specificity of the subject and the extreme privacy, family violence against children has not attracted much attention. This article discussed the cause of family violence against children, and put forward some opinions and suggestions for the legal prevention and regulation.
