Practicing innovative talents in economic management%integration of university and enterprises%innovation
实践创新型人才应是把抽象的理论符号转化为具体的操作构思并付诸实施的人才。要真正实现经管类实践创新型人才培养的目标，一要对接企业需求，做好人才培养的顶层设计；二要充分重视实践基地建设，培养学生实践能力和创新意识；三要与企业行业共建，建立多样化的培养模式；四要坚持借帆出海，“请进”一线专家现场指导；五要建设开放课程，更新人才培养载体。

Practicing innovative talents should be those who can transform the abstract theoretical symbols into concrete operational conceptions and then put them into practice. To cultivate practicing innovative talents in economic management, there are five things to be done: (1) to have a good top-level design about talents cultivating based on enterprise needs; (2) to pay full attention to practice base construction to develop students’ practicing ability and innovation consciousness; (3) to combine with enterprises and industries to set up diversified cultivating modes; (4) to adhere to “sailing far by others’ strength” and “get in” front-line experts to give one-site guidance; (5) to construct open courses and update talents cultivating carriers.
