随着竞争压力的加剧，创新已成为决定企业成败的关键。研发作为企业技术创新的中心环节，是增强企业创新绩效的关键要素。文章基于资源观的视角，全面构建了企业研发能力的分析框架，结合“武汉·中国光谷”高新技术企业统计数据，采用实证研究的方法对企业研发能力与创新绩效的关系进行了分析。研究发现，企业的创新绩效取决于企业的规模，专利是影响企业创新绩效的重要因素，企业兴办科技机构数也是影响企业创新绩效的重要因素。

With the intensification of competition ,innovation has played an important part in the suc‐cess of enterprise .As the central part of technological innovation ,research and development are the key ele‐ments to enhance the performance of enterprise innovation .Based on the view of resources ,the paper com‐prehensively constructs the analysis framework of enterprise's research and development capabilities ,and analyzes the relationship between the enterprise's R & D capability and innovation performance by empiri‐cal research with the statistical data from the high‐tech enterprises of "Wuhan Optics Valley".It is found that the performance of the enterprise innovation depends on its size ;the patent and the number of science and technology agencies influence the performance of enterprise innovation .
