对2种非对称钉扎势的二维约瑟夫森结阵列在交流驱动下的涡旋-反涡旋的定向运动进行了研究,发现整流电压显著地依赖于涡旋密度和交变电流的幅值,表现出非单调行为.基于模拟的涡旋结构、涡旋反涡旋对的出现,很好地解释了所获得直流电压与交变电流振幅的特征关系.
對2種非對稱釘扎勢的二維約瑟伕森結陣列在交流驅動下的渦鏇-反渦鏇的定嚮運動進行瞭研究,髮現整流電壓顯著地依賴于渦鏇密度和交變電流的幅值,錶現齣非單調行為.基于模擬的渦鏇結構、渦鏇反渦鏇對的齣現,很好地解釋瞭所穫得直流電壓與交變電流振幅的特徵關繫.

The directed motion of vortices and antivortices driven by AC currents in the two-dimensional Jo-sephson junction arrays with two kinds of asymmetric pinning potential were studied numerically.It was found that the rectifying voltage showed non-monotonic behavior and strongly depended on the vortex density and the amplitude of the AC currents.Based on the simulated vortex structures and appearance of vortex-antivortex pairs, the observed characteristics of DC voltage and the amplitude of the AC currents were explained in de-tail.
