国内电站实际应用SCR(选择性催化还原)烟气脱硝技术过程中,经常出现中、低负荷下SCR反应器入口烟温低于SCR催化剂的最佳反应温度窗口,严重时甚至低于正常反应温度等问题,导致SCR反应器运行效率明显偏低,严重影响余热锅炉的脱硝效率、NOx排放浓度和氨逃逸率。因此,需要在不影响余热锅炉整体运行下,有效提高SCR反应效率,维持SCR催化剂的较高活性,保证原SCR反应器系统高效稳定运行的是很有必要的。通过热力计算分析对比分析了高压过热器及高压蒸发器两种不同方案下主要热力参数的变化并根据工程实际情况建立了SCR脱硝反应器的模型图,文章分析了夏季运行工况,50%负荷情况下各个烟气参数,对SCR脱硝反应器流场模拟计算时的有关设置进行了说明。介绍了评价SCR脱硝反应器效果的两个指标,即流场均匀性和温度场均匀性指标。
