基于工作过程的项目化教学模式在高职课程教学改革中应用日益广泛，与之相匹配的人才培养方案的设计与制定还存在诸多问题。文章结合本校在人才培养方案制定中的实践及相关理论研究探讨了基于工作过程的项目化教学模式人才培养方案的制定相关经验与方法。

With the application of project oriented teaching mode based on working process in higher vocational education reform,a lot of problems arise in the design and development of personnel training program. In this paper, based on the practice and relevant theoretical research in the development of personnel training program,the author discusses the experience and methods of the project oriented teaching mode based on working process.
