In today's society, green, environmentally friendly concept has been widely accepted. in the lighting field, LED act as such a role. LED lamp beads with high luminous efficiency, long life, solid package that it does not produce mercury and other heavy metals. Speaking from the perspective of technology development, LED lighting will eventually replace traditional lighting, lighting the way to become widely used in various industries.If want to give full play to long-life LED lamp beads,you need to de-sign the reliable LED lighting system. LED system's reliability is determined by three parts:lamp beads, drive, aluminum plate. Research and development worker awareness lamp beads and power is very profound, but often overlook the importance of the alu-minum plate design. This article describes the lamp beads, driving characteristics, while focusing on the analysis of several differ-ences in the way the aluminum plate design, and made a good current feedback control circuit to do to make the system more reli-able.
