叶黄素可以通过滤过蓝光与抗氧化损伤来对视网膜产生保护的效果,也可以清除单氧基团和过氧化自由基。且在多种的眼科疾病的预防和治疗中均有较为明显的作用。但是由于其作用机制尚不明确,因此有待于对其进行探索。在本次的研究中,通过对叶黄素在眼科疾病中的作用以及机制进行综述,主要对常见眼科疾病动物模型中和眼科相关细胞中的叶黄素等进行探究,现将综述结果报道如下。
葉黃素可以通過濾過藍光與抗氧化損傷來對視網膜產生保護的效果,也可以清除單氧基糰和過氧化自由基。且在多種的眼科疾病的預防和治療中均有較為明顯的作用。但是由于其作用機製尚不明確,因此有待于對其進行探索。在本次的研究中,通過對葉黃素在眼科疾病中的作用以及機製進行綜述,主要對常見眼科疾病動物模型中和眼科相關細胞中的葉黃素等進行探究,現將綜述結果報道如下。

Lutein can pass filter blue and anti oxidative damage to the retina to produce the effect of protection, also can remove the single oxygen groups and superoxide free radicals. And in a variety of the prevention and treatment of eye disease have more obvious effect. But because of its mechanism is not clear, therefore subject to carries on the exploration. In this study, based on the role of lutein in eye disease and mechanism were reviewed, the main common eye disease animal model with an eye to explore the related cell of lutein, who will review theresultsreported as follows.
