结直肠癌（Colorectal cancer CRC）是常见的消化道肿瘤之一，其发病率和死亡率一直在不断升高，目前CRC居于我国癌症死亡率的第五位，已成为严重危害人类健康的疾病；与此同时，随着人们生活水平的提高，以糖脂代谢异常为主要表现的代谢综合征（Metabolic syndrome MS）的发病率也在逐年升高。近年来，大量研究显示MS尤其是糖脂代谢异常与CRC发病密切相关，由此也引发了人们对糖脂代谢异常和CRC之间关系的的探讨。关于糖脂代谢异常与CRC发生的相关性，本文结合国内外一些研究进展就两者的相关性加以综述，希望为我国CRC的预防与诊治提供临床依据。

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumor, its incidence and mortality rates have been rising,and colorectal cancer is on the fifth of cancer mortality in our country, it has become a serious hazard to human health disease. At the same time, as people living standard rise, sugar lipid metabolism disorders and high blood pressure as the main performance of the incidence of metabolic syndrome is also rising year by year.In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that MS especially glucolipid metabolic abnormalities is closely associated with CRC, which also caused people to discuss the relationship between sugar and lipid metabolism disorders CRC. About sugar and lipid metabolism disorders and CRC of correlation, this paper some research progress on the correlation of both at home and abroad are reviewed, hope to provide clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of CRC.
