1例k～L5～S1双间隙腰椎间盘突出症患者,L4～L5间盘接受了经皮旋切减压术,Ls～S1间盘未做任何微创治疗,术后旋切的间盘发生脊柱间盘炎,3个月后未治疗的间盘突出自行消失.提示机体对外界刺激是有反应的,在制定腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方案时不应过于积极,能微创者不手术,能保守者不微创.
1例k～L5～S1雙間隙腰椎間盤突齣癥患者,L4～L5間盤接受瞭經皮鏇切減壓術,Ls～S1間盤未做任何微創治療,術後鏇切的間盤髮生脊柱間盤炎,3箇月後未治療的間盤突齣自行消失.提示機體對外界刺激是有反應的,在製定腰椎間盤突齣癥的治療方案時不應過于積極,能微創者不手術,能保守者不微創.
1례k～L5～S1쌍간극요추간반돌출증환자,L4～L5간반접수료경피선절감압술,Ls～S1간반미주임하미창치료,술후선절적간반발생척주간반염,3개월후미치료적간반돌출자행소실.제시궤체대외계자격시유반응적,재제정요추간반돌출증적치료방안시불응과우적겁,능미창자불수술,능보수자불미창.
A 38 vear-old female patient suffered from L4-L5 and L5-S1 disc herniation received Dekompressor at L4-L5 intervertebral disc.The results are spondylodiscitis occurred at L4-L5 intervertebral disc, while the herniated disc at L5-S1 intervertebral disc regressed spontaneously without any treatnent.This warn us that the human body is reactive to invasive stimulation.So, when choosing a therapeutic regimen for lumbar disc herniation, the more conservative one maybe the better one..
