The cultural resistance influences the effect of training on bilingual teachers of ethnic groups in Xinjiang and has negative impact on the improvement of the teachers’ Chinese level and Chinese teaching ability. The paper holds that the intensification of such education on the teachers as understanding, appreciation, adaptation and respect of different cultures which will conquer the cultural resistance and improve the effect of training.
