近年来,随着可编程逻辑器件在我国军用武器装备中的广泛应用,针对军用可编程逻辑器件的测试过程和方法亟需研究和规范。本文分析了军用可编程逻辑器件测试现状,结合DO-254标准要求及工程实践,针对可编程逻辑器件设计特点,阐述了适用于军用可编程逻辑器件测试的过程、方法和环境,对军用可编程逻辑器件测试工作的开展具有实际参考价值。

In recent years, with the wide application of programmable logic device in our country’s military weapon equipment, the process and method of military programmable logic device testing need to be studied and standardized. This paper analyzes the present situation of military programmable logic device testing, combined with the DO-254 standard requirement and engineering practice, according to the features of programmable logic device design, describes the process, method and environment that can be adapted to military programmable logic device testing, and it has practical reference value to carry out military programmable logic device testing work.
