构建应用核技术工业企业辐射防护监测体系是保障辐射安全的基础工作之一.本文根据工业企业应用核技术的基本类型,使用的放射源主要为γ和β射线源,认为需重点进行外照射辐射防护监测.针对常见的辐射安全问题,特别是辐射防护监测的缺失,提出了国家应加强对市级辐射安全监管机构和辐射监测机构的建设和投入,设立第三方监测机构,加强专业人才培养等,构建辐射防护监测体系.

It is one of the basic work to construct the radiation protection monitoring system for nuclear technology industrial enterprises. According to the basic types of nuclear technology used in industrial enterprises, the radioactive sources are mainly gamma and beta ray source which need to focus on external radiation protection monitoring. Aiming at the common radiation safety problems, especially the lack of radiation protection monitoring, the state should strengthen the construction and investment of the municipal radiation safety supervision institutions and radiation monitoring agencies, establish third party monitoring mechanism,strengthen professional personnel training and construct radiation protection monitoring system.
