冲击波超压测试是衡量武器弹药毁伤性能的重要参数.设计了一种由探测单元、控制单元、触发单元构成的地面场智能化冲击波超压测试系统.该系统具有体积小、微功耗、抗冲击、抗电磁干扰等特点,通过激波管动态校准后应用于自由场实爆试验,并能成功记录关键信号,将实测数据与经验公式所得数据对比分析,证明了该系统的设计合理性.
遲擊波超壓測試是衡量武器彈藥燬傷性能的重要參數.設計瞭一種由探測單元、控製單元、觸髮單元構成的地麵場智能化遲擊波超壓測試繫統.該繫統具有體積小、微功耗、抗遲擊、抗電磁榦擾等特點,通過激波管動態校準後應用于自由場實爆試驗,併能成功記錄關鍵信號,將實測數據與經驗公式所得數據對比分析,證明瞭該繫統的設計閤理性.

Impact wave overpressure test is an important parameter to measure the damage performance of weapon and ammunition. A new intelligent shock wave pressure measurement system is designed,which is composed of a detection unit,a control unit and a trigger unit. The system has the characteristics of small size,low power consump-tion,anti impact,anti electromagnetic interference,After the shock tube dynamic calibration,the free field experi-ment is applied,and it can record the key signal successfully,and the comparison between the measured data and the empirical formula is proved to be reasonable.
