针对热油泵P208频繁的故障检修,对其机械密封的失效原因进行分析。在冲洗系统结构不变的情况下,通过将P208机封压盖上的冲洗孔孔径适当加大、摒弃动环辅助密封圈、轴套尾部增设底套、将摩擦副材质改为硬质合金等措施,很好地解决了失效问题,大大延长了P208的运行周期。
針對熱油泵P208頻繁的故障檢脩,對其機械密封的失效原因進行分析。在遲洗繫統結構不變的情況下,通過將P208機封壓蓋上的遲洗孔孔徑適噹加大、摒棄動環輔助密封圈、軸套尾部增設底套、將摩抆副材質改為硬質閤金等措施,很好地解決瞭失效問題,大大延長瞭P208的運行週期。

Aimed at the frequent fault maintenance on hot oil pump P208 , failure causes for mechanical seal of the pump were analyzed.Under the condition of not changing the structure of the flushing system, the following measures were adopted such as increasing suitably the diame-ter of the flushing hole in mechanical seal cover, getting rid of the movable assistant sealing ring , increasing bottom sheath on tail of the roller cover , changing friction assistant material into hard alloy and etc, which solved the failure problem and prolonged greatly running period of the P208 pump.
