以刚果(金)水钴矿为原料,对其焙烧预处理后,采用高压酸浸方法获取浸出液,考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、浸出时间等因素对浸出过程中主元素及杂质元素浸出率的影响. 研究结果表明:在硫酸浓度为0.2 mol/L、液固比为10:1、浸出时间180 min的条件下,经高压浸出最终可获得钴、铜、镍、铁和镁浸出率分别为92.8%、96.7%、95.3%、2.3%和2.5%的浸出后液,较好实现了原料中高价值元素的高效回收以及与杂质铁、镁的初步分离.

The Congo( Kinshasa) heterogenite pretreated by roasting was taken in the test of high-pressure acid leaching to obtain leaching solution, for investigating influences of sulfuric acid concentration, liquid-solid ratio and leaching time on the leaching rates of valuable elements and impurity elements. The results shows that with sulfuric acid concentration at 0. 2 mol/L, liquid-solid ratio of 10:1 and leaching time of 180 min, the leaching rates of cobalt, copper, nickel, iron and magnesium reach to 92.8%, 96.7%, 95.3%, 2.3% and 2.5%, respectively. The high-pressure acid leaching can realize efficient recovery of valuable elements and their preliminary separation from impurity elements such as iron and magnesium.
