根据鞍山式贫赤铁矿的矿石特点,自主研发了KS系列捕收剂. KS-Ⅱ在齐大山和KS-Ⅲ在东鞍山的试验结果表明,新药剂与生产用药相比,药剂用量不变的情况下,在保证精矿质量的同时,可降低尾矿品位,提高金属回收率.

KS series collectors were independently developed in accordance to the ore properties of Anshan-type hematite. The application of KS-Ⅱin Qidashan Mine and KS-Ⅲ in Donganshan Mine for the laboratory and commercial tests of iron ore collecting indicated that, KS series were superior to the currently used reagents. With the identical dosage, they can not only minimize the tailings′ grade, but also increase the metal recovery, without the concentrate grade being sacrificed.
