以甘肃地区镜铁矿粉矿为原料,采用磁化焙烧-弱磁选工艺,研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、还原剂用量、磨矿细度、磁场强度等对磁选效果的影响. 结果表明,在煤粉用量2%、焙烧温度800 ℃、焙烧时间60 min条件下焙烧,再在磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占85.36%、磁场强度92.16 kA/m条件下磁选,可得到品位为54.95%、回收率为88.92%的弱磁选精矿.

A flowsheet of magnetizing roasting-low intensity magnetic separation ( LIMS ) was adopted to treat a fine specularite ore from Gansu, and the influence of processing parameters including roasting temperature, roasting time, coal dosage, grinding fineness and magnetic field intensity on separation efficiency was investigated. The results show that with coal powder dosage of 2% and roasting process at 800 ℃ for 60 min, with grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm 85.36% and beneficiation at a magnetic field intensity of 92. 16 kA/m, a LIMS iron concentrate with iron grade and recovery of 54.95% and 88.92%, respectively, can be prepared.
