对耙斗装岩机结构和应用情况进行了研究,首次将耙斗装岩机引入有色矿山的开采中,设计出一种新的出矿底部结构.通过在某矿山的试验应用,采用耙斗装岩机出矿底部结构的采场,避免了采场底部施工中的不安全因素,减少了采切工程量,且进入采场方便,降低了成本,提高了采场出矿效率. 该方法在类似矿山的生产中有着很好的推广意义.

Based on the study of scraper loader structure, it was firstly proposed to introduce scraper loader in the mining of nonferrous metal mine, combined with specially designed bottom structure and ore-drawing method for the stope. Its trial in some mine showed that dangerous operation on the bottom of stope can be prevented. Furthermore, it can reduce the operation cost and increase ore-drawing efficiency in the stope, due to the decreased work load in the mining operation and convenience in access to the stope. It is concluded that such method is of significance in the wide application in the similar mine production.
