针对顶底双软薄煤层沿空留巷出现的问题,基于矿压关键层理论,分析了沿空留巷围岩变形机理,提出了预掘软弱顶板,建立"Z"字台阶型沿空留巷结构的错位沿空留巷方法. 现场实测表明:该方法采用优先垒砌矸石墙,巷道内及时构建胶结充填体和单体支柱补强支护的沿空留巷工艺,留巷效果良好.
針對頂底雙軟薄煤層沿空留巷齣現的問題,基于礦壓關鍵層理論,分析瞭沿空留巷圍巖變形機理,提齣瞭預掘軟弱頂闆,建立"Z"字檯階型沿空留巷結構的錯位沿空留巷方法. 現場實測錶明:該方法採用優先壘砌矸石牆,巷道內及時構建膠結充填體和單體支柱補彊支護的沿空留巷工藝,留巷效果良好.

Aiming at the problems in the gob-side entry retaining technique for the thin coal seam with weak roof and floor, deformation mechanism for wall rock of gob-side entry was analyzed based on the key strata theory for ground control. It is proposed to tunnel the weak roof in advance so as to set gob-side entry in form of Z-type benches. The on-site practice included setting up a waste wall, followed by constructing cemented backfilling in the roadway and supporting by individual pillar in time, which brought a good performance.
