为详细了解螺旋挤压工艺对聚合物物料的性能产生的影响,在螺杆转速为10 rpm,进出口压差为2×107 Pa 工艺条件下,利用网格重叠技术,借助于 Polyflow 软件数值模拟单螺杆均化段挤压过程。分析流道内压强、速度、剪切速率、黏度、黏性生热和温度场的分布规律,为进一步优化工艺参数提供理论依据。
為詳細瞭解螺鏇擠壓工藝對聚閤物物料的性能產生的影響,在螺桿轉速為10 rpm,進齣口壓差為2×107 Pa 工藝條件下,利用網格重疊技術,藉助于 Polyflow 軟件數值模擬單螺桿均化段擠壓過程。分析流道內壓彊、速度、剪切速率、黏度、黏性生熱和溫度場的分佈規律,為進一步優化工藝參數提供理論依據。

In order to investigate the influence of polymer material,the Polyflow software was used to simulate the spiral extrusion process with the MST technology.When the rotation speed was 10rpm,the pressure difference be-tween the entrance and exit of the extruder was 2 ×107 Pa.Six parameters (the pressure,the velocity,the local shearing rate,the viscosity,the viscosity heating and the temperature)were analyzed in the runner.It aims to pro-vide theoretical basis for further optimization of process parameters.
