“文化大革命”时期中国共产党执政道路探索失误的原因是：个人崇拜下集体领导制度的名存实亡，政治挂帅下阶级斗争为纲的进一步扩张；中苏交恶下反修防修思想的极端发展。中国共产党执政道路探索失误的表现为：革命斗争思维在执政条件下的异变；文攻武卫方式在执政活动中的运用；统一思想后导致的执政理念的偏差。中国共产党执政道路探索的启示有：法律制度是探索执政道路的根本保障；民主精神是探索执政道路的基础工程；政治生态是探索执政道路的重要条件。

The failure of Communist Party of China's exploring the ruling way during the Period of the Cul‐tural Revolution is caused by collective leadership system under the personal worship ,further expansion of class struggle under the background of political priority and extreme development of ideas against and pre‐venting revisionism under deterioration of relations between the Soviet Union and China .The failure is re‐flected in the change of revolutionary struggle thinking under the ruling condition ,application of offense by pen and defense by sword in administration and the deviation of the ruling idea after the unity of thinking . The enlightenments of exploring for the ruling road are that legal system is the fundamental guarantee of ex‐ploring the ruling way ,the spirit of democracy is the basic project of exploring the ruling way ,and political ecology is an important condition of exploring the ruling way .
