为实现高职教育人才培养与职业岗位的无缝对接，就必须深化校企合作，掌握职业岗位需求，高职的课程体系构建必须要有行业、企业的共同参与。构建与职业标准相衔接的高职课程体系，应坚持实用价值取向、岗位适切取向、能力本位取向这三个基本原则，以市场需求为导向、以工作过程为主线、以职业能力为基础的构建思路。
為實現高職教育人纔培養與職業崗位的無縫對接，就必鬚深化校企閤作，掌握職業崗位需求，高職的課程體繫構建必鬚要有行業、企業的共同參與。構建與職業標準相銜接的高職課程體繫，應堅持實用價值取嚮、崗位適切取嚮、能力本位取嚮這三箇基本原則，以市場需求為導嚮、以工作過程為主線、以職業能力為基礎的構建思路。
위실현고직교육인재배양여직업강위적무봉대접，취필수심화교기합작，장악직업강위수구，고직적과정체계구건필수요유행업、기업적공동삼여。구건여직업표준상함접적고직과정체계，응견지실용개치취향、강위괄절취향、능력본위취향저삼개기본원칙，이시장수구위도향、이공작과정위주선、이직업능력위기출적구건사로。
To cultivate the talents who are qualified for the vocational post,the higher vocational education must deepen the college-enterprise cooperation and understand the requirements of vocational post.The industries and enterprises must take part in the construction of the curriculum system.Starting from the integration of vocational standard and vocational curriculum system,this thesis focuses on the three principles that are sticking to the practi-cal value orientation,the post appropriate orientation,the competence-based orientation.At the same time,this thesis claims that we should take market need as the orientation,take the working process as the main line,take the professional ability as the basis for constructing the curriculum system.
