目的:探讨24周有氧、力量、柔韧和平衡练习等综合运动干预手段对中年人有氧能力的影响. 方法:筛选出符合条件的45-59岁中年人群,最终选取受试者88名(男性32名,女性56名).分为三个年龄组进行24周综合运动干预,内容包括有氧运动、力量训练、柔韧练习和平衡练习.在训练前、训练16周末和训练24周末分别进行一次测试.结果:①24周综合运动干预后,在男性群体中,总体组和三个年龄组VO2max、VO2max-MET、AT-VO2、AT-T、AT-O2P和AT-%VO2均显著性升高(P<0.05). ②24周综合运动干预后, 在女性群体中, 总体组和三个年龄段组VO2max、VO2max-MET、AT-VO2、AT-O2P、AT-%VO2和AT-T均显著性非常升高(P<0.01). 结论:24周的综合运动干预,可有效改善中年人群的有氧运动能力,有助于中年人群选择适宜的运动医疗处方.

Objective:To investigate the effect of 24 week aerobic exercise, strength, flexibility and balance exercise on the aerobic capacity of middle-aged person. Methods: 88 people of 45~59 years old(32 males and 56 females) were selected and divided into three groups for 24 weeks of comprehensive exercise intervention in which the intervention included aerobic exercise, strength training, flexibility exercises and balance exercises. Some indexes respectively were tested before training and after training 16,24 weekend. Results: After 24 weeks of combined exercise intervention, in the male group, the total group and three age groups VO2max, AT-VO2, VO2max-MET, AT-T, AT-O2P and AT-%VO2 were significantly increased (P<0.05). 24 weeks of combined exercise intervention, in the female people, the overall group and three age groups VO2max, AT-VO2, VO2max-MET, AT-O2P, AT-%VO2 and AT-T were significantly higher (P<0.01). Conclusion: 24 weeks of comprehensive exercise intervention could effectively improve the aerobic capacity of middle-aged people,which could help middle-aged people choose the appropriate exercise prescription.
