目的：探讨血清降钙素原（PCT）、C 反应蛋白（CRP）和白细胞（WBC）计数对细菌性感染的诊断价值。方法：收集2013年10月—2015年5月收治的细菌感染患者312例，病毒感染患者188例，对照组健康人群300例，分别检测各组的 PCT，CRP 和 WBC。结果：细菌感染组 PCT，CRP，WBC 计数均明显高于病毒细菌感染组和健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：细菌感染组患者的 PCT，CRP，WBC 明显高于病毒感染组患者和健康人群，对感染性患者进行 PCT，CRP，WBC 检测，可以为临床细菌性感染的诊断和鉴别诊断及有效合理治疗提供参考依据。

목적：탐토혈청강개소원（PCT）、C 반응단백（CRP）화백세포（WBC）계수대세균성감염적진단개치。방법：수집2013년10월—2015년5월수치적세균감염환자312례，병독감염환자188례，대조조건강인군300례，분별검측각조적 PCT，CRP 화 WBC。결과：세균감염조 PCT，CRP，WBC 계수균명현고우병독세균감염조화건강대조조，차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론：세균감염조환자적 PCT，CRP，WBC 명현고우병독감염조환자화건강인군，대감염성환자진행 PCT，CRP，WBC 검측，가이위림상세균성감염적진단화감별진단급유효합리치료제공삼고의거。
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of the determination of procalcitionin(PCT)and C - reactive pro-tein(CRP),white blood cell(WBC)for clinical infection diseses. Methods:From October 2013 to May 2015,312 cases of bac-terial infectious diseases were collected,188 cases of viral infectious diseases,and 300 healthypersons,PCT,CRP,WBC of them were respectively detected. Results:PCT,CRP,WBC in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than the viral in-fection group and the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The determina-tion of PCT,CRP,WBC for bacterial infection can provide reference frame for clinical early and accurate diagnosis,effective and reasonable treatment as soon as possible to obtain a good prognosis.
