目的：探讨特发性黄斑裂孔玻璃体切除术后视功能与裂孔愈合形态的相关性。方法：回顾性分析32例行玻璃体切除联合内界膜剥除术治疗特发性黄斑裂孔的患者，根据光学相干断层扫描（OCT）记录的图像形态，将术后裂孔愈合形态分为Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型，记录手术前后最佳矫正视力（BCVA）变化及视力提高程度，分析裂孔愈合形态与术后视力恢复的关系。结果：所有患者均达到解剖复位，随访期间未见裂孔再次裂开，根据 OCT 检查结果将裂孔愈合形态分为Ⅰ型（23例）和Ⅱ型（9例），Ⅰ型患者的术后 BCVA 高于Ⅱ型患者（P ﹤0.05），且Ⅰ型患者术后视力提高程度大于Ⅱ型患者（P ﹤0.05）。结论：患者术后愈合形态决定患者术后 BCVA；Ⅰ型患者术后 BCVA 较Ⅱ型患者有明显好转，视力提高程度大于Ⅱ型患者。
목적：탐토특발성황반렬공파리체절제술후시공능여렬공유합형태적상관성。방법：회고성분석32례행파리체절제연합내계막박제술치료특발성황반렬공적환자，근거광학상간단층소묘（OCT）기록적도상형태，장술후렬공유합형태분위Ⅰ형화Ⅱ형，기록수술전후최가교정시력（BCVA）변화급시력제고정도，분석렬공유합형태여술후시력회복적관계。결과：소유환자균체도해부복위，수방기간미견렬공재차렬개，근거 OCT 검사결과장렬공유합형태분위Ⅰ형（23례）화Ⅱ형（9례），Ⅰ형환자적술후 BCVA 고우Ⅱ형환자（P ﹤0.05），차Ⅰ형환자술후시력제고정도대우Ⅱ형환자（P ﹤0.05）。결론：환자술후유합형태결정환자술후 BCVA；Ⅰ형환자술후 BCVA 교Ⅱ형환자유명현호전，시력제고정도대우Ⅱ형환자。
Objective To research the relationship between types of macular hole closure and postoperative visual acuity in idiopathic macular hole patients. Method In this retrospective analysis 32 patients with idiopathic macular hole undergoing vitrectomy with internal limiting membrance peeling were selected. According to the optical coherence tomography(OCT),the morphology of the fracture healing was divided into type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ,The best corrected visual acuity( BCVA )before and after vitrectomy were also measured,analysis the correlations between the macular hole closure types and the amount of postoperative visual improvement. Results All the patients were reached anatomic closure after operation. 23 eyes were classified into typeⅠ closure and 9 eyes into the type Ⅱ closure assessed by OCT. Postoperative BCVA of the patients of type Ⅰ close better than type Ⅱ close(P ﹤ 0. 05),and the visual acuity improvement was more in type Ⅰ close than type Ⅱ close(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion The postoperative BCVA of typeⅠclose higher than typeⅡclose,the visual acuity improvement is more in type Ⅰ close than type Ⅱclose.
