Communication is more and more important in enterprise management. New employment student staffs are in the special period of translation from student to work, which makes them meet a series of communication problems when they enter the organization. This paper describes details of new college student staffs’ communication barriers in the organization as well as analyzing causes, and finally puts forward some related managerial measures based on the theory of supply and demand.
