德国职业院校教学管理具有较强的开放性.教学计划与企业共同制订,教学过程中企业与学校共同育人,教学质量管理注重双重考核多方评价,专业设置、学籍管理以满足社会和学生需求为本.我国职业院校教学管理与之相比,其开放性不够,应学习和借鉴德国职业院校的教学管理,增强其开放性和灵活度,实现柔性化管理.

The teaching management of vocational colleges in Germany has a strong openness. The teaching plan is formulated by the colleges and the enterprises together. The enterprises and colleges cultivate students together during the teaching process. The teaching quality management pays great attention to double-check and multi-evaluation. Both the professional setting and student status management meet the needs of the society and the student. Compared with the teaching management in vocational colleges, our openness is not enough, we should study and learn from the teaching management of vocational colleges in Germany, strengthen the openness and flexibility in order to realize the flexible management.
