有贺长雄是研究近代中国宪政史绕不开的人物，近年来，愈来愈受到学界的关注。本文系统梳理了中日学界关于有贺长雄的研究成果，对有贺长雄与中日甲午战争、清末新政，以及民初制宪活动的关系等问题做了概述，并就深入开展有贺长雄研究提出一些看法。
有賀長雄是研究近代中國憲政史繞不開的人物，近年來，愈來愈受到學界的關註。本文繫統梳理瞭中日學界關于有賀長雄的研究成果，對有賀長雄與中日甲午戰爭、清末新政，以及民初製憲活動的關繫等問題做瞭概述，併就深入開展有賀長雄研究提齣一些看法。

In the research of modern?Chinese constitutional history,Ariga Nagao,a vital figure,is gaining more and more at-tention in recent years.This paper makes a systematic review of the findings about Ariga Nagao by Chinese and Japanese aca-demics.Then,it summarizes such issues as the relations of Ariga Nagao and Sino -Japanese Jiawu War,the New Policy Move-ment of late Qing Dynasty and the Constitutional Movement at the beginning of the Republic of China.Finally,Some suggestions on further research of Ariga Nagao are put forward.
