丽江木府是体现木氏土司执政理念的标志性建筑，蕴含着丰富深刻的官德思想，为当前廉政文化建设提供了宝贵的历史经验和精神遗产。本文立足木府的历史文化，系统梳理出木府官德的内容及价值，结合木府历史上“居官清廉”的人物典范，分析了木府官德的义利观、权利观、官民观、荣辱观对现代廉政文化建设的启示，并提出进一步发掘丽江木府官德文化资源的对策建议。
려강목부시체현목씨토사집정이념적표지성건축，온함착봉부심각적관덕사상，위당전렴정문화건설제공료보귀적역사경험화정신유산。본문립족목부적역사문화，계통소리출목부관덕적내용급개치，결합목부역사상“거관청렴”적인물전범，분석료목부관덕적의리관、권리관、관민관、영욕관대현대렴정문화건설적계시，병제출진일보발굴려강목부관덕문화자원적대책건의。
Lijiang Mu Fu,the landmark building to reflect Mu family's governing philosophy,contains rich and profound official morality and provides valuable historical experience ad spiritual heritage for the present cultural construction of honest and clean government.Based on the history and culture of Mu Fu,this paper makes a systematic summary of the content and value of MuFu's official ethics.Then,with the typical good officers in the era of Mu Fu ruling as an example,it reveals and analyzes Mu family's views on morality and interest,power,the relationship between officers and ordinary people,and on honor and dishonor, as well as its enlightenment to the present cultural construction against corruption.Finally,suggestions are proposed for further exploration of the good cultural and historical resources in official ethics during the period of Lijiang Mu Fu.
