目前针对大型凿井井架的研究很少 ,同时行业内部也缺少适用于凿井井架的设计规程规范,有必要开展大型凿井井架设计方法研究 ,提出相应的设计理论.研究发现,在正常使用工况下 ,凿井井架支撑体系受力较小 ,起控制作用的是断绳工况(最不利的工况).提出了基于断绳工况下稳定控制的大型凿井井架设计理论.采用1:8的缩尺模型 ,进行了正常使用工况和断绳工况下的大型凿井井架受力性能模拟试验,并对比分析模拟试验结果和缩比井架有限元计算结果 ,证明了利用S A P2000建立的计算模型以及有限元软件计算方法是正确的;同时也验证了该设计理论的正确性.

At present ,there was few study on the large mine shaft sinking headframe .While within the industry ,there was a lack of the design specifications and codes suitable for the mine shaft sinking headframe .And it is necessary to have a study on the design method of the large mine shaft sinking headframe and the paper provided the relevant design theory .The study showed that under the normal application performances ,the support system of the mine shaft sinking headframe was less stressed and the control role was the rope broken performances (the most unfavorable performances) .The pa-per provided the design theory of stability control large mine shaft sinking headframe based on the rope broken performances .A model with a scale of 1:8 was applied to the simulation experiment on the stress performances of the large mine shaft sinking headframe under the normal operation perfor-mances and the rope broken performances .A comparison and analysis w ere conducted on the simula-tion results and the finite element calculation results of the scaled headframe .The results showed that the calculation model established with SAP2000 and the finite element software calculation method was correct .Meanwhile the correction of the design theory was verified .
