Pantoprazole%Octreotide%Non - variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding
目的：观察并探讨泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗重症非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法：选取75例重症非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的患者，随机分为观察组（38例）与对照组（37例），观察组泮托拉唑与奥曲肽联合应用，对照组单独应用泮托拉唑，两组同时给予必要的常规治疗，记录并观察两组的止血时间与临床疗效。结果：经治疗24 h，观察组与对照组平均止血时间分别为（15.9±2.8）h、（21.7±1.3）h，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；经治疗72 h，观察组与对照组平均止血时间分别为（20.4±7.3）h、（27.7±8.3）h，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；治疗72小时后，观察组的临床总有效率达92.1％，明显高于对照组的73.0％，差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：对于重症非静脉曲张性上消化道出血，泮托拉唑与奥曲肽联合应用能高效快速止血，可缩短重症患者的住院时间和降低治疗风险。

목적：관찰병탐토반탁랍서연합오곡태치료중증비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈적림상료효。방법：선취75례중증비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈적환자，수궤분위관찰조（38례）여대조조（37례），관찰조반탁랍서여오곡태연합응용，대조조단독응용반탁랍서，량조동시급여필요적상규치료，기록병관찰량조적지혈시간여림상료효。결과：경치료24 h，관찰조여대조조평균지혈시간분별위（15.9±2.8）h、（21.7±1.3）h，차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；경치료72 h，관찰조여대조조평균지혈시간분별위（20.4±7.3）h、（27.7±8.3）h，차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）；치료72소시후，관찰조적림상총유효솔체92.1％，명현고우대조조적73.0％，차이구유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：대우중증비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈，반탁랍서여오곡태연합응용능고효쾌속지혈，가축단중증환자적주원시간화강저치료풍험。
Objective To observe and investigate the clinical efficacy of pantoprazole in combination with octreotide in the treatment of severe non - variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method Seventy - five patients with severe non - variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and randomly divided into observation group(thirty - eight patients)and control group(thirty - seven patients). The observation group were given pantoprazole combined with octreotide,the control group received alone pantoprazole. Two groups at the same time were given necessary routine therapy. Record and observe the hemostatic time and clinical efficacy of two groups. Results Twenty -four hours after the treatment,the observation group and control group in average hemostasis time were(15. 9 ± 2. 8)hours and(21. 7 ± 1. 3)hours respectively,the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤ 0. 05). Seventy - two hours after the treatment,the observation group and control group in average hemostasis time were(20. 4 ± 7. 3)hours and(27. 7 ± 8. 3)hours respectively,the difference was sta-tistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Seventy - two hours after treatment,the clinical total effective rate of observation group was 92. 1% ,sig-nificantly higher than the control group was 73. 0% ,the difference was statistically significant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion For severe non -variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,pantoprazole combined with octreotide can fast stop bleeding,can shorten hospitalization time and lower the risk of treatment.
