蛋白质组学以蛋白质组为研究对象,通过研究生物体全体蛋白质的表达和功能模式,以评价生物体的整体生理功能状态.与普通的生物学实验不同,蛋白质组学研究需要一整套的理论与技术支持,如样品破碎、电泳分离、质谱分析以及数据库检索等.本课题组依托江苏省海洋生物技术重点实验室和淮海工学院生物学实验中心,对蛋白质组学研究平台进行了初步建设.借助于该平台,我们对多种动植物以及微生物的蛋白质组进行了分析,包括鲫鱼的血清蛋白质组,盐地碱蓬的胞质蛋白质组以及天蓝色链霉菌的膜蛋白质组等.同时,该平台为本科生开展毕业论文工作提供了极大便利,取得了良好的示范效果.

Proteome is the object of proteomics. Through the study of the expression and function of the whole proteins in living rganisms,the physiological functions were evaluated. Bejing different from common biological experiments, a set of theories and echnologies were required in proteomics research. For example, sample fragmentation, electrophoretic separation, mass spectrometry analysis and database searching. By means of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Marine Biotechnology and Biological Experimental Center of Huaihai Institute of Technology, the proteomics latform was constructed. Proteome of several species including Carassius auralus,Suaeda salsa and Streptomyces coelicolor were analyzed. This platform has provided a great convenience for undergraduates to carry out the theses, and it has achieved good results.
