为了改变热塑性聚苯乙烯保温板的燃烧本质,采用特殊阻燃剂,即热固性酚醛树脂/Al(OH)3阻燃液对聚苯乙烯颗粒进行阻燃包覆.通过对主要制备工艺的优化研究,成功制得热固性聚苯乙烯泡沫保温板,并解决了保温板阻燃和保温相互制约的难题.结果表明:包覆改性后的聚苯乙烯板遇火燃烧时不产生熔融收缩现象,表面只是发生炭化,板材各项性能均满足标准要求,保温板燃烧性能可达B1级,热值为20.3 MJ/kg,保温系数小于0.036 0 W/(m·K).
為瞭改變熱塑性聚苯乙烯保溫闆的燃燒本質,採用特殊阻燃劑,即熱固性酚醛樹脂/Al(OH)3阻燃液對聚苯乙烯顆粒進行阻燃包覆.通過對主要製備工藝的優化研究,成功製得熱固性聚苯乙烯泡沫保溫闆,併解決瞭保溫闆阻燃和保溫相互製約的難題.結果錶明:包覆改性後的聚苯乙烯闆遇火燃燒時不產生鎔融收縮現象,錶麵隻是髮生炭化,闆材各項性能均滿足標準要求,保溫闆燃燒性能可達B1級,熱值為20.3 MJ/kg,保溫繫數小于0.036 0 W/(m·K).
위료개변열소성취분을희보온판적연소본질,채용특수조연제,즉열고성분철수지/Al(OH)3조연액대취분을희과립진행조연포복.통과대주요제비공예적우화연구,성공제득열고성취분을희포말보온판,병해결료보온판조연화보온상호제약적난제.결과표명:포복개성후적취분을희판우화연소시불산생용융수축현상,표면지시발생탄화,판재각항성능균만족표준요구,보온판연소성능가체B1급,열치위20.3 MJ/kg,보온계수소우0.036 0 W/(m·K).
The thermosetting phenolic resin/Al(OH)3 was used as a flame retardant coating to coat polyphenyl granule in order to change the combustion performance of polystyrene plates.By the research of the main preparation process, a kind of thermosetting polystyrene insulation foam board was made, and the problem between flame retardant and insulation was solved. The test results showed that it would not melt or shrink when the coated polystyrene plates were burning and it carbonized on the surface merely.All the performance indicators meet to the product standards. The combustion of insulation board could reach B1grade,which heat value was 20.3 MJ/kg , heat conductivity was less than 0.036 W/(m·k).
