以水镁石纤维为聚甲醛(POM)的增强填料,通过熔融挤出法制备了水镁石纤维/POM复合材料,结果表明:在该复合材料体系中,钛酸酯偶联剂是比较理想的水镁石纤维表面改性剂;水镁石纤维对POM可以起到增强作用,当水镁石纤维含量为15%时,弯曲强度增大了12.4%,拉伸强度变化不大;水镁石纤维对POM的结晶温度和熔融温度影响不大,但是结晶度从82.1%降低到66.1%.
以水鎂石纖維為聚甲醛(POM)的增彊填料,通過鎔融擠齣法製備瞭水鎂石纖維/POM複閤材料,結果錶明:在該複閤材料體繫中,鈦痠酯偶聯劑是比較理想的水鎂石纖維錶麵改性劑;水鎂石纖維對POM可以起到增彊作用,噹水鎂石纖維含量為15%時,彎麯彊度增大瞭12.4%,拉伸彊度變化不大;水鎂石纖維對POM的結晶溫度和鎔融溫度影響不大,但是結晶度從82.1%降低到66.1%.

Polyoxymethylene/ Fibrous Brucite composite materials were prepared by melt blending and extrusion. The composite materials were characterized by DSC,SEM,mechanical test. The results show that titanate coupling agent is a ideal surface modifier for fibrous brucite. The fibrous brucite can reinforce polyoxymethylene. When the sample contained 15% fibrous brucite,the flexural strengthwas increased by 12.4% while the tensile strength changed slightly. Adding the fibrous brucite,the crystallinity temperature and melting temperature of POM keep largely invariant,but the degree of crystallinity reduced from 82.1% to 66.1%.
