With the traditional teaching examination law as the basis, combining with the development of network technology, database technology and multimedia technology, this paper con-structs a new evaluation subsystem of web teaching platform. It introduces such influencing factors on learning effect as environ-ment, attitude, behavior and habit, reflecting each link of teach-ing activities, and allocates high-quality educational resources effectively, so as to realize the great-leap-forward development of personalized distance education and reform the teaching of the present stage. So it is of universal practical significance.
