In this paper,we consider port pricing model in combination port congestion (vertical differentiation)with Hotelling model (horizontal differentiation ).Under the mild assumption,that is,customers' distribution following uniform distribution,the equilibrium pricing strategies of ports are accurately characterized by Nash equilibrium.The results show that,the higher investment level of the ports incurs the higher capacity of the ports as well as marketing share,and thus the profit of the port increases.
