A closed -loop supply chain model composed of a single risk -averse supplier and a single risk -averse retailer is proposed under Conditional Calue -at-Risk (CVaR)criterion and demand uncertainty,further research focused on whether rebate and penalty contracts could realize the risk averse closed-loop supply chain coordination and optimization.
