针对我国汽车产业技术创新能力较弱问题，从并购协同全过程的视角，对并购协同如何提高技术创新能力进行动态模拟研究。通过将战略地图与系统动力学相结合，在确定影响因素指标体系的基础上，构建并购协同模式，以揭示并购协同的内在机理。

Focused on the weakness of technological innovation capability in China's automobile industry,from the view of process of M&A Synergy,the study makes research on how to improve technological innovation capability by M&A Synergy.Based on the influencing factor system,the study constructs dynamic model by combining the strategy map method with the system dynamics method to establish M&A synergy mechanism.
