社会主义新农村建设的目标是要按照"生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主"的要求,协调推进农村经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和党的建设.要实现这一目标,培养新型农民刻不容缓.为此,必须大力推进农村职业教育,提高农村劳动力的职业(从业)技能水平,使他们更好地适应农业产业化、规模化、现代化、市场化、国际化形势发展的需要.本文从农村职业教育的意义入手,探讨农村职教面临的困境及困境原因,最后提出相关建议.

The new socialist countryside construction should be in line with the requirements of"production development, life afflu-ence, local custom civilization, clean and tidy village and demo-cratic management", harmoniously promote rural economic con-struction, political construction, cultural construction, social con-struction and Party construction. To realize the objective, it is im-perative to cultivate new farmers. To this end, we must vigorously promote rural vocational education, and improve the vocational skills of rural labors, so as to make them better adapt to the in-dustrial, scale, modernized, marketing and internationalized de-velopment of agriculture. Starting from the significance of rural vocational education, this paper explores the predicaments faced by rural vocational education and analyzes the causes, and finally proposes corresponding suggestions.
