通过构建福建省创新型企业发展政策指标体系，运用证据推理法（ER算法）对福建省创新型企业发展政策的满意度进行实证评价，结果表明企业对福建省现行的政策体系总体满意度水平较高，但也仍然存在个别政策例如政府采购、担保贴息等政策满意度偏低的问题，并依此提出建议。
通過構建福建省創新型企業髮展政策指標體繫，運用證據推理法（ER算法）對福建省創新型企業髮展政策的滿意度進行實證評價，結果錶明企業對福建省現行的政策體繫總體滿意度水平較高，但也仍然存在箇彆政策例如政府採購、擔保貼息等政策滿意度偏低的問題，併依此提齣建議。
통과구건복건성창신형기업발전정책지표체계，운용증거추리법（ER산법）대복건성창신형기업발전정책적만의도진행실증평개，결과표명기업대복건성현행적정책체계총체만의도수평교고，단야잉연존재개별정책례여정부채구、담보첩식등정책만의도편저적문제，병의차제출건의。
Through the construction of innovative enterprise development policy index system,we use the evidence reasoning (ER algorithm)to calculate Fujian innovative enterprises development policy satisfaction.Then we draw a conclusion that enterprise of Fujian Province the current policy system overall satisfaction level higher.But there are still individual policies such as government procurement,guarantees,interest subsidies and other policy satisfaction is low,also at last we make some suggestions.
