Based on the"excellent engineer education and train-ing plan", to cultivate qualified excellent engineers in maritime engineering, we launched a research on the training model of the specialty of maritime engineering and technology, built a curricu-lum teaching system, established an enterprise training platform, constructed an enterprise part-time teacher team, and construct-ed a"diversified"excellent teacher team. Good supporting mea-sures have guaranteed the successful implementation of the training plan.
