目的 了解宁波地区诺如病毒(又称诺罗病毒)急性胃肠炎暴发疫情的病毒基因型,为预测病毒流行趋势提供依据. 方法 收集2014年宁波市12 起急性胃肠炎暴发疫情的病例样本及相关流行病学资料, 所有样本用荧光RT-PCR方法检测诺如病毒和轮状病毒核酸. 诺如病毒核酸阳性样本进一步扩增病毒VP1基因片段,进行序列比对及遗传进化分析. 结果 从12起急性胃肠炎暴发疫情中查明9起疫情病原为GⅠ.2、GⅡ.6 和 GⅡ.17型诺如病毒,其中6起由GⅡ.17型诺如病毒所致疫情均发生于12月份,波及5所学校和1所养老院. 序列比对和进化分析显示,宁波地区流行的GⅡ.17型诺如病毒与近期周边国家和地区分离到的病毒序列(JP/2014/Kawasaki323和13-BH-1/2013)同源性高,核苷酸差异均仅为2.6%. 结论 GⅡ.17型诺如病毒是2014年宁波地区诺如病毒型胃肠炎暴发的主要基因型. 与既往流行性特征相比,流行强度显著改变.
目的 瞭解寧波地區諾如病毒(又稱諾囉病毒)急性胃腸炎暴髮疫情的病毒基因型,為預測病毒流行趨勢提供依據. 方法 收集2014年寧波市12 起急性胃腸炎暴髮疫情的病例樣本及相關流行病學資料, 所有樣本用熒光RT-PCR方法檢測諾如病毒和輪狀病毒覈痠. 諾如病毒覈痠暘性樣本進一步擴增病毒VP1基因片段,進行序列比對及遺傳進化分析. 結果 從12起急性胃腸炎暴髮疫情中查明9起疫情病原為GⅠ.2、GⅡ.6 和 GⅡ.17型諾如病毒,其中6起由GⅡ.17型諾如病毒所緻疫情均髮生于12月份,波及5所學校和1所養老院. 序列比對和進化分析顯示,寧波地區流行的GⅡ.17型諾如病毒與近期週邊國傢和地區分離到的病毒序列(JP/2014/Kawasaki323和13-BH-1/2013)同源性高,覈苷痠差異均僅為2.6%. 結論 GⅡ.17型諾如病毒是2014年寧波地區諾如病毒型胃腸炎暴髮的主要基因型. 與既往流行性特徵相比,流行彊度顯著改變.

Objective To understand the genotype of the acute gastroenteritis outbreaks caused by norovirus (NoVs) in Ningbo, and to provide basis for the prevalence of the virus. Methods The epidemiologic data and specimens of 12 gastroenteritis outbreaks in Ningbo in 2014 were collected . All specimens were detected for NoVs and rotavirus by real-time RT-PCR. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis were performed after amplification and sequencing Vp1 gene of NoVs. Results In 12 outbreaks, there were 9 outbreaks caused by GⅠ.2, GⅡ.6 and GⅡ.17 NoVs. Among them, 6 outbreaks caused by genotype GⅡ.17 NoV occurred in December, and involved 5 schools and 1 nursing home. The result of sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed GⅡ.17 NoV, which was prevalent in Ningbo had high homology with those NoVs recently found in the neighboring countries and areas (JP/2014/Kawasaki323 and 13-BH-1/2013), and the nucleotide differences were both only 2.6%. Conclusions The GⅡ. 17 NoV is the predominant genotype of the acute gastroenteritis outbreaks caused by NoVs in Ningbo , 2014. Compared to the past epidemic characteristics , the epidemic intensity changes obviously.
