全渠道零售模式已成为零售界的热点问题，未来零售的发展必将是各零售渠道的全面融合。然而，库存问题一直是零售业中的重点问题，如何在全渠道零售模式中保持较低的库存水平减少库存成本是在该模式下获胜的关键之一。文中通过对全渠道零售模式的分析，总结了该零售模式的特点，根据其特点提出了适合于全渠道零售模式的部分共享库存策略，并对该策略进行建模与计算分析，证明了该策略的有效性。

Omni-channel retailing mode has become a hot issue in the retail sector,retail mode in the future will be full integration of the retail channel.However,the inventory problem has always been key issues in the retail sector,how to maintain a low inventory levels in omni-channel retailing model and reduce the inventory cost is one of the key to winning in this mode. According to the analysis of the omni-channel retailing model,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the retail model,put forward the partial-sharing inventory strategy which is suitable for omni-channel retailing mode,and then modeled,computed and analysed of the policy to prove the effectiveness of this policy.
