This paper proves the existence of construction engineering optimum bid quotation based on the mathematical methods using probability and statistics theory. Then through analysing the function relationship between the bid profit rate and winning probability and the function relationship between winning probability and bid quotation amount,calculates the optimal bid quotation interval. In practice,the results can help the enterprises to analyze the feasibility of bidding and find the concessions interval according to actual situation,so as to assist them decide the proper bid quotation and raise the possibility of winning the bidding.
