目的:了解目前杭州地区头孢类抗菌药物使用现状,分析用药特点及趋势.方法:根据杭州地区11家三甲医院和9家二甲医院2011~2013年的用药数据,采用金额分析法和数据汇总法进行统计分析.结果:2011年杭州地区20家医院头孢类抗菌药物品种数为37种,其后两年数量骤减并维持在28~29种,购药金额从2011年的5.5亿元逐年递减至2013年的4.7亿元,其中2011年头孢类抗菌药物购药金额首次出现大幅下降(-20.68%).从购药金额和用药频度(DDDs)来看,杭州地区头孢类抗菌药物以第三代头孢菌素使用最为广泛,其次是第二代头孢.结论:杭州地区头孢类抗菌药物使用情况受抗菌药物管理政策的影响明显,为控制抗菌药物的滥用,应进一步加强管理,使抗菌药物临床使用趋于安全、有效、经济的方向发展.

Objective: To study the medication characteristics and tendency of cephalosporins by analyzing its utilization in hospitals of Hangzhou region in 2011~2013.Methods: The 2011~2013 drug use data obtained from 11 3A hospitals and 9 2A hospitals in Hangzhou region were statistically analyzed, including the sorts, amounts, purchase cost and DDDs.Results: The sorts number of cephalosporins in Hangzhou region in 2011 was 37, and was dropped in next two years to maintain in the sorts number of 28 to 29. The purchase cost of medicines decreased year by year, and was fallen to just 474 million Yuan in 2013, in which cephalosporins sales volume was first dropped significantly in 2011 with drop range of 20.68%. The most widely used was the third generation cephalosporins, followed by the second generation cephalosporins, which were analyzed from the purchase cost and DDDs.Conclusions: The utilization of cephalosporin in Hangzhou region was obviously influenced by drug management policy of antibacterials. In order to avoid the abuse of antibiotics, the management should be further strengthened, thus to make the clinical use of antibacterials be more safe, effective and economic.
