为解决集装箱港口堆存计划问题,考虑堆场箱区容量的动态变化,以进出口箱混合堆存和每条作业路任务量已知为前提,提出一种基于遗传算法(genetic algorithm ,GA)的集装箱港口空间动态分配策略。要求每条作业路卸载的进口箱必须堆放在不同箱区,保证船舶堆存的箱区既集中又分散。对Lingo和遗传算法求解的结果进行比较,比较结果表明了该遗传算法的优越性。

To solve the yard planning problem of container terminal ,considering the dynamic changes of the block capacity ,on the premise of the mixed storage ,a storage space allocation model based on the work of QCs operating lines was built .Contai‐ners from different QCs operating lines of one vessel need to be stocked in different blocks .The blocks the vessel stocked were centralized and decentralized .A genetic algorithm (GA) was proposed to solve the model .Compared to the solution of Lingo and GA ,the superiority of GA is verified .
