以闽西永定巴戟天为原料,采用热浸提取结合醇提工艺提取多糖。对巴戟天多糖提取率的三个主要影响因素—热浸提取料水比、浸提时间和浸提次数,在进行单因素研究基础上再进行正交试验,筛选巴戟天多糖提取的最佳工艺条件。所得的最佳工艺条件为:按料液比( m ∶ v)1∶10,采用体积分数90%食用级乙醇醇提后,再进行热浸提,料水比( m ∶ v)1∶8、提取时间2 h、浸提次数3次,按此工艺所得的多糖提取率为18?70%。

Polysaccharide was extracted from medicinal indianmulberry root grown in Yongding County, Minxi as raw material, using hot dipping technology in combination with alcohol extraction. Based on its research of the technology characteristics during hot dipping, optimization study of the main extraction conditions has been selected. The best conditions are as follows:ratio of material to water 1 ∶ 8, extraction time 2 h, extraction times 3. After alcohol extraction with 90% consumption level of ethanol, the yield of polysaccharides was 18.70%.
